• Fill in the internet ordering form.
• Customer would be contacted within 24hrs to confirm the order. If the customer cannot be reached within 7 days, the order would be automatically cancelled.
• Customer would be advised to deposit money into our company bank account. Customer should write down their names and contact phone no. on the deposit slip and fax it to our company for confirmation. Customer may also mail cheque to our company. (Please do write down the corresponding name, contact phone no. / e-mail...etc on the back of the issued cheque).
• Upon confirmation of payment, customer would be informed of the delivery arrangement.
• If the point of delivery locates within our "free-delivery service" area (e.g. office/factory or shops), customer may pay cash directly to our courier upon receipt of goods.
• If the point of delivery locates outside our free-delivery service area (e.g. residential properties or remote area/outer islands). Customer may be charged the extra courier fee incurred.

Overseas ordering

• Customers may inform us the number of bottles required and the city/country for delivery via e-mail at admin@healfinity.com. We'll then revert with the respective calculated courier charges.

Notes

• Upon receipt of goods, customers should examine the relevant items ASAP. If customers are unsatisfied by any means, pls. do not unwrap the outer box packaging and contact us at admin@healfinity.com or our customer service hotline (852) 3110 2078 within 7 days of delivery for the exchange of goods.
• Only the net lump sum received by our company account would be accepted.
