Each pack of 150 gram 100% organic agaricus originates from our farm in Hokkaido, Japan, with over 30 years of cultivation experience. The farm is very famous in Japan and was built under the instruction of Professor Mizuno Takashi - honoured as the Father of Mushroom by the locals. The agaricus cultivated are all stout and fleshy. When mature, the fully grown agaricus is as big as an adult's palm - quality that cannot be matched by other market available agaricus.
